Complete the portal readiness check on the same device and network you plan to use.

  • Ability to download and upload .xlsx and PDF files
  • Stable power and internet connection
  • Enough local storage for working copies

If something goes wrong

Do not repeatedly restart or replace files. Record the issue, keep your original working file, and contact examination support. Every authorised extension or reopened upload requires a recorded reason.
